I’m Claire Sharp — cookie lady, apron designer, wife, mom, and a big believer that the kitchen is where the best memories are made.

I grew up in Athens, Alabama, went to college, and spent years working in government contracting. After getting married and having kids, I knew I wanted to stay home with them, but I also wanted something of my own. Like many moms, I found myself searching for purpose beyond the day-to-day routine.

In 2019, after the heartbreaking loss of my brother, I returned to something I had always loved: baking. It quickly became my therapy and my creative outlet. What began as a way to heal quietly grew into a cookie business filled with joy, community, and connection. Over the past six years, I've had the honor of creating custom cookies for the most amazing people.

And then, a new dream was born.

In March 2025, I officially launched Cutesy Apron, a collection of beautifully made aprons designed to bring fun and nostalgia back into the kitchen. I wanted aprons that felt special, aprons you’d reach for again and again. Handmade in Nashville and sewn with intention, each one is a celebration of home, tradition, and creativity.

Now, I run my business from home with three kids by my side, still decorating cookies, shipping aprons, chasing new ideas, and loving every second of this wildly unexpected adventure.
